Film Brief

We decided to do a Crime genre film but form the side of the youth that are causing the problems, including rivalry and turf wars. We decided to do this as it would be a major contrast from the type of crime films that are usually produced, mainly focusing on how the youth affect the community around them in a bad way rather then the problems they face amongst themselves. We plan on doing this by having multiple scenes of violence and vandalism from the new gang in town as this would show how they are affecting the original gangs operations and preventing them from carrying on peacefully and so we will include the different the reactions amongst the protagonist's group of the events taking place in their home town. However we will also include the overwhelming strength of the opposing gang by having the scenes in which the antagonist overcomes the protagonist and use camera angles to make it subliminally clear that the protagonist is weaker than his enemies.

Risk Assessment

We are going to film a fake fight scene, so there is a risk of accidently causing harm to each other by accident, so to prevent this we will be extra careful in our planning and co-ordinating of actions, the scene will also be set in a field where there are potentially small ditches, in which we could possibly twist our ankle. to prevent injuries here we will keeping a constant eye out for potential trip hazards.
In the final scene, Chris is going to fall back into Declan's arms while Chris is holding a camera for a POV however, if he would miss the catch, Chris might get injured, so he needs to be in the right place when he falls so he doesn't miss the catch.
